Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free of damage, odors, or washing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at merch@brooklynlacrosse.org with:

1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Photos of the item

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or personalized items
• Team-issued apparel
• Sale or clearance items
• Hats, bags, socks, and accessories
• Items worn or washed after delivery
• Damaged or incorrect orders
